When you upload a 3D model file (including but not limited to .STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP formats) to 1UP TECH LLC for printing services, you represent and warrant the following:

• You are the lawful owner of the copyright or design rights in the file, OR
• You have obtained express written or digital permission from the rights holder to reproduce the design via 3D printing.
• The file does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or right of publicity.
• You will not submit files depicting or enabling the creation of: illegal items, weapons prohibited by local law, or obscene material where restricted.

1UP TECH LLC acts solely as a printing service provider. We do not verify ownership of submitted files. You assume full legal and financial responsibility for any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from the reproduction of your uploaded files. We reserve the right to refuse, halt, or discard any print order that we, in good faith, believe violates this agreement. 

 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1UP TECH LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this agreement.
